At Léa Brunet, we are committed to delivering your pieces with security, transparency, and exceptional customer service. This Shipping Policy outlines the essential information regarding our shipping process, timelines, and conditions.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all European countries, including Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, as well as other eligible international destinations. At this time, we do not ship to Russia, China, or countries with strict import restrictions.

Order Processing Time

The estimated delivery time begins after payment confirmation. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and may take up to 4 business days during high-volume periods or for pre-orders.

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of value. Express delivery options may be available at checkout for an additional fee, depending on your location.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our pieces are shipped directly from Brazil. Average estimated delivery times:

  • Germany / France / Netherlands / Belgium / Italy / Spain: 6–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • Switzerland: 6–14 business days

  • Other European countries: 6–15 business days

Express shipping is available in selected countries with an average delivery time of 2 to 5 business days.

Delivery Experience

Based on historical data, 85% of orders are delivered within two weeks. Delays may occur due to high demand, international holidays, customs processing, or carrier issues.

Shipping Guarantee

We guarantee your order’s delivery. In the event of loss or theft during transit, we will issue a full refund or reship the item at no extra cost. If your order is not delivered within 70 calendar days from the dispatch date, you will receive a 100% refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your package on our Track My Order page.

Address Accuracy

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please verify your details before completing your purchase. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or returns. Returned parcels are held locally for 7 days. If unclaimed, they are returned to sender. A new shipment fee may apply.

Issues With Your Order

If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received: double-check your shipping address, ask neighbors or nearby pick-up locations, wait 3 additional business days and contact your local carrier. Then reach out to us at info@leabrunet.com.br.

For missing or incorrect items, contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the package and shipping label. We'll investigate and assist.
