Cancellation Policy
Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipped.
If your cancellation is accepted, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

Items returned without approval or outside the 30-day window may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection. If approved, refunds will be processed within up to 40 business days from confirmation.
Note: All refunds are issued in Euros (€EUR), according to the original payment method. Any fees related to exchange rates or international banking are the customer’s responsibility.

Discontinue use and contact us immediately if you experience any discomfort. Misuse or failure to follow usage guidelines may void your eligibility for refund or replacement.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged (excluding minor packaging imperfections), notify us at info@leabrunet.com.br within 48 hours of delivery. Please attach a clear photo of the damage for review.
If approved, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for items damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.
Shipping and Delivery
We work with trusted international couriers; however, shipping delays or issues beyond our control may occur (e.g., customs clearance, weather, strikes).
