Return & Refund Policy – Léa Brunet
At Léa Brunet, our commitment is to deliver carefully curated pieces and outstanding customer support. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we follow consumer protection standards applicable in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

 

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days – EU/UK Customers)
If you are purchasing from the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a person indicated by you) receive the goods. To exercise this right, simply email info@leabrunet.com within this period, stating your order number and your decision to withdraw. You do not need to provide a reason for exercising this right.

 

Store Extended Return Policy (30 Days)
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, Léa Brunet offers a 30-day return window for eligible items, provided they are unused, unworn, and unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all labels attached.

 

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, except where required by law.

 

How to Request a Return
Email info@leabrunet.com with your order number and reason for return (optional under the legal right of withdrawal). Wait for our team’s confirmation and instructions before sending the item. Package the item securely to avoid damage during transport.

 

Refund Timeline
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods or proof of postage (whichever comes first). Refunds are issued in Euros (€EUR) to the original payment method. Any fees related to exchange rates or international banking are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Damaged or Defective Items
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged (excluding minor packaging imperfections). Attach clear photos for assessment. If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Damage due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

 

Order Cancellations
You may request order modifications or cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

 

Shipping & Delivery
We work with trusted international couriers, but delays outside our control (customs clearance, weather, strikes) may occur. Léa Brunet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after shipment. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly.
